NCO: Give a letter. Maximum 3 per year. Or give an Medical Certificate. Otherwise, you'd be dealt with severely.

 

Cadet: Sir, I lost X item / My X item don't fit me anymore, how?

NCO: Han Long Sir, who's the Inventory Officer, will deal with your problem. Ask your Squad Commander to refer to him.

 

Cadet: Sir, when's our X rank promotion test / X proficiency test?

NCO: That's for us to know. Usually, promotion tests are conducted by CIs and the squad will be informed at least a week beforehand. Tests are conducted by NCOs and same goes for when the squad will be informed.

 

Cadet: Sir, nobody told me X day got Y activity!

NCO: It is your responsibility to find out the upcoming NPCC events and we are training you to be a responsible cadet, to mould you into a future NCO. Each squad is appointed an I.C. and an A.I.C. They will be rotated each term or when there is a need, to give everyone a chance to show their leadership skills.

 

Cadet: Sir, usually when are trainings or fall-ins held?

NCO: Usually, trainings are held on Saturdays from 0730hrs to 1230hrs. And short fall-ins for meetings are usually held on Wednesdays from 1445hrs to 1515hrs. Please ask your respective I.C.s for latest news.
